Had a PT visit with Heather today. I was very happy with everything we accomplished today. She was able to narrow down and really focus in on some things that I need to work on some of which I was not aware were an issue. Heather did an excellent job establishing a physical therapy routine that relieved the pain in my right shoulder caused by not following correct procedures in a woodworking activity. Heather Smith is hands down the best OT I have ever been treated by. Her knowledge and compassion is unmatched. She was able to see a-lot of things I was feeling and struggling with that other PT’s had missed, or said weren't problem. Her guidance with seeking more specialists to treat these problems has led to a pretty rare diagnoses. That went undiagnosed for over 6 years but is treatable! She was kind. When the extent of my ended & pain began, she had me stop & that was where therapy began. The therapy for use at home is easy. She texted me the guidance w photos of how to properly do the motion. I was ready to leave sore when I walked in. I left feeling good. I also felt accomplished as she prescribed & I done a motion that put my right elbow on the table w out creating pain. I’ve not done that for a long time. ThxPatient Submitted Review

After trying several therapists, it was easy to see that Heather is in a league of her own. Heather is very kind, knowledgeable, and does not rush. She asked the right questions, reviewed my MRI and conducted a thorough physical evalutation determining that my posture is the cause of my shoulder pain. She taught me exercises to improve and strengthen my posture and made sure my techniques were solid, explaining what each exercise is doing for me.
