I would give ten stars if I could! Heather is AMAZING!!! She listens, is extremely knowledgeable, observant, and kind. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand and is helping me to increase mobility and strength. I feel extremely blessed to have her in this healing journey. She is patient (when I’m not 😊), understanding of the whole person and doesn’t just see her patients as a diagnosis. I would HIGHLY recommend Heather and the OIO team!

A personable professional very detailed and thorough. Explained each aspect of my initial visit, asked questions listened to feedback and helped establish my confidence in her ability for a therapy plan. Felt comfortable during her post surgery evaluation. Worked some simple PT exercises, gave homework sheets and scheduled future appointments. Thank you.

Heather was great as my physical therapist today. This was my 2nd visit for my most recent surgery and Heather noticed an issue with the area operated on, took a picture, sent it to the Dr with her concerns. I received a call from the Dr later in the day and we have an appointment scheduled to go over what is wrong. If it wasn't for Heather's keen eye, I may not be getting the attention I need.
