The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Sirota is very professional and explains the procedures and answers all my questions. He did a "Total knee replacement" on my left knee right before Covid. I couldn't be happier. Most surgeons just staple the incision, not Dr Sirota. I absolutely love this doctor he completed a complete hip replacement on my right side of my body and within two weeks I had absolutely no pain and my incision had healed up perfectly I had no limitations as to what I could do after leaving the hospital. Yesterday I went into the office and I saw him they removed my bandages and my drainage hose piece of cake. They are so efficient and friendly they took such good care of me . No long waits at their office everybody seems to be very cohesive with their personalities and honestly happy to be working with one another and where they're working. When I go into that office I get the feeling that they are genuinely people that like to help people. I have one more hip replacement coming up in the next couple of months before I'll be able to walk again. I am however, completely optimistic about walking again and I have every bit of confidence in my surgeon Dr sirota is an amazing person and he's truly been gifted by God with hands that repair and heal. I couldn't be any more satisfied than I am with his work and the care that he gave to me. Before I close I feel I should mention that I had some concerns after hours not long after my surgery and he had no problem calling me at home after hours and talking me through it. Awesome ??? He entered the room, introduced himself and even shook my hand. He sat down and talked to me without that typical Dr "rushing the conversation to get to the next appt thingy". I had a left knee meniscus root tear injury that was repaired by Dr Sirota in November. They got me into surgery very quickly and were very caring. Everytime I've been to the office has been a great experience. I'm scheduled for surgery in 10 days and Dr. Sirota and his staff have been super accommodating. They've gotten me in touch with the hospital where I completed a webinar about my joint replacement, I've had my pre anesthesia phone call to review my info, answer questions and scheduled me for my covid screening, they have had the company contact me to deliver my walker and other devices that I'll need post surgery, and submitted my referral for physical therapy and I literally didn't have to do ANYTHING to get all that handled. The wait times in their office are usually non existent, in fact I arrived early for my last appointment so I expected to wait a little while but instead I was leaving the building at the time my appointment was originally scheduled for. I am a "repeat customer" of Dr. Sirota. I injured my left knee about 5 years ago and received excellent guidance/service from Dr. Sirota and he ended up surgically repairing my left knee. Fast forward to 3 months ago. My right knee became so painful I could not walk on it. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sirota (his office staff was easy to work with and very professional). Dr. Sirota provided excellent explanations and descriptions of what the problem(s) could be and also explained the avialable treatment options. He listened to me and answered all of my questions and I never felt "rushed". We decided to go with the cortisone shot, and in less than a week the pain in my right knee was gone. I followed his advice and did the exercises that he suggested, and for the past 60 days I have had no pain or issues with the knee. He explained that the pain may return after a longer period of time, and if it does we will continue down the road to a "fix". In today's medical world where it's usually "quantity over quality" as far as patients are concerned, I feel that Dr. Sirota is an exception and I would highly recommend his services to anyone with any kind of knee problems.Patient Submitted Review

Silly, but true, it was kinda hard for me to look him in the eye when I first started seeing Dr. Sirota, because even though I'm 64yrs of age now, he took me back to my younger days..when I had a cruch on someone,(more my age)??.He is so handsome. He is also so professional at what he does that I had to concentrate on my knees, just as he does. I thank you Doctor for helping me. Due to circumstances, it seemed the best path to do a bilateral total knee replacement surgery instead of the traditional route of one at a time, a few weeks or months apart. I couldn't be happier. I have had numerous physical therapists, nurses, doctors, etc tell me how well I am doing, how far I can walk, ability to traverse stairs, and strength. My pain is low and managed with pain meds taken as needed. I still have a LOT of rehab to do, but I walked 5/8 mile with walker 10 days post op, and that's after a six day set back from an abdominal obstruction. I have stamina, focus, energy, and lack of pain that I haven't had in many months. Dr. Sirota did an amazing job on a very rarely performed surgery, and I couldn't be happier. I am looking forward to lots of rehab and driving my stick shift car, hopefully within two more weeks.Patient Submitted Review
