Alexis was absolutely wonderful! She was very thorough in explaining my x-rays. She definitely has a very good "bed side manner." Normally I prefer to see the actual doctor, but I would feel very comfortable seeing her again.

Alexis helped me navigate the whole process of my surgery including the week before by communicating all the necessary details and information I needed and especially the weeks after during recovery. Not only did she answer all my questions but she listened to what my needs and concerns were in order for us to figure out a plan moving forward. She is also prompt when returning calls despite how busy she is. Any time I’ve had to call and leave her a message, she called me back the same day. 2 week post surgery checkup. Alexis did a very thorough job in explaining everything she was doing, did a great job answering my questions and even though we had a misunderstanding after my surgery, we talked it out and I understand from OIOs side and hopefully they understood mine. I had an excellent experience. She takes the time to adequately explain the procedure and entertains questions without giving the impression that they are unimportant as well as needless. She is a good person. I doubt that more good be said.
