She did not want to be at this appointment probably because it was the day after Christmas. I was shuttled in and out so fast that it wild have been better to have just had a telephone call. I did not expect a lot of empathy but I did expect to be treated with more dignity. I drove 35 minutes first thing in the morning and expected to be given much more information and expectations. Just feel very frustrated.

She was nice enough, but was not thorough at answering my questions. She stood and was walking out the door as I was trying to ask questions and abruptly ended the appointment. It was a very short appointment, so I don’t think it should have been cut that short.

She was very polite

I had no interaction with her. She was in the room but no hello, thank you, goodbye.
