I was so impressed with everyone at this office today. From the front desk, people to the amazing x-ray tech the nurse who checked me in and of course the doctor. Not only did I feel welcomed and they weren't over the top, but I also felt like they were interested in who I was and definitely created a personal Lyz experience for me. The doctor was very knowledgeable about my injury and I really liked her demeanor and the plan that we had created for what was next for me. It's been a while until I really felt like every single person I interacted with at a business how to consistent amazing attitude and seem to really love working there. I came to Dr. Trivellas to get a second opinion on my knee pain and within moments of seeing my MRI results, she confirmed I had a tear where another specialist did not. She was kind, clear, and forthright, and took the time to listen to my concerns and walked me through the images, explaining her findings. I left feeling encouraged in spite of the news and that’s saying a LOT. Front desk staff also had a room full of patients but was super fast and kind. I feel so much better about my bum knee now! I was in a quandary over how to proceed following the PT that Dr. Trivellis had previously recommended - surgery or continuing PT. She dedicated her time and attention to a frank and thorough discussion of the pros and cons of each, reviewing an earlier MRI, and answering all of my questions. I am convinced she is the right orthopedist to guide me through this odyssey, as well as perform the surgery if that later becomes the best option. Dr. Trivellas is an outstanding provider. She is clearly very knowledgeable and knows how to communicate medical information clearly. She very thoroughly reviewed my imaging results with me which I really appreciated. Dr. Trivellas is awesome! She performed my ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair and did a great job. She was super responsive to any questions or concerns before and after surgery and I always felt as though she was there for support if I needed it. She explained everything really well before and after surgery and her instructions post-op were clear and reasonable. She even gave me photos from my surgery! Although Dr. Trivellas didn’t operate on me (stupid insurance issues) her care and attention to detail has been unmatched. Dr. Trivellas truly truly cares about her patients. She HEARD me and my frustrations. She acted as quick as possible to help me. She literally had a board of surgeons and radiologists looking at my imaging to get a full understanding of what is going on before just jumping into scheduling surgery.
