PA Dembrosky helped me understand her initial diagnosis of my 2 week painful based on the X-ray results. I appreciated her not only giving me options but moving on to further me w/ a brace; faxed a script; wrote script for PT; and to schedule a followup w/ a house MD in 2 weeks. Caralyn evaluated my son for a finger injury and was very knowledgeable. Was able to explain and review the results thoroughly and answered all our questions without rushing. Caralyn was excellent, as was every staff member of OAL. I used the Urgent Care option and was very satisfied with the care that Caralyn showed me. She listened carefully to my explanation of my problem. She took care of my immediate problem, suggested home therapy exercises and set up appointments for further evaluation. Extremely satisfied.
