Informative and knowledgeable.
Easy to talk to and explain the healing process well
Very professional . Answered all of my questions and offered many different forms of treatment.
I was treated well there by the PA and everything was explained to me. I saw the x-rays so know it’s not the knee replacement part. I slept well last night and am better today; I’m waiting for the doctor’s appointment for tomorrow . I had the lab work done this AM. I recommend North Pointe Urgent care .
Dr. Dembrosky was great. She really listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Excellent response and explained all my options.

Caralyn listened to my health concerns, addressed them and came up with a care plan that was agreeable to me, Only one day later and I am already seeing great improvement!
