Dr. Wertz is competent and compassionate - a good combination. When I get an epidural, he explains what he is doing at each step and often chats a bit to take my mind off the fact that he is sticking a needle in my neck. Local anesthesia makes the shot itself pretty painless.

The whole crew in the procedure room was extraordinarily kind and caring. The people who greeted me, got me ready, and cared for me after were also superb. I did not feel rushed (unlike recent cataract surgery at a place in Bethlehem) and felt very safe and cared for the whole time. Everyone at OAA was very courteous polite, and that place ran like a fine tuned machine. Everybody knew their jobs. Everybody was very friendly. Everybody was polite. I was asked twice I think three times. Maybe if I was warm enough after I had already received a heated blanket from three or four different staff members I would definitely recommend OAA for any surgical needs you need very courteous, very knowledgeable, very professional highly recommend.
