Appointment was made for my neck and back, Dr. Wertz told me at the start of visit that I needed to pick only one. My neck symptoms were somewhat similar (but now worse) to ones that he had seen me for at my last visit, 4 years prior. there was no physical exam: I never took my jacket off & he never even looked at me. I was given a prescription and told I would get updated xrays down the hall. He directed me to check out and left. I had to return since I had no paperwork for an xray. An asst found Dr. Wertz, who replied "oh, I forgot". The assistant then took me directly to xray. Dr. Wertz was completely uninvolved and more concerned about getting to the next patient. I will be going to see a different doctor.

Dr Wertz is a very good, kind and knowledgeable surgeon. He explains what he is doing to the patient which helps to relax the patient. He and his surgical are very professional.

He made the procedure painless. Did an excellent job. Did a great job explaining everything and listening. The nurses were great also.
