I’ve had multiple visits with Dr Dunne over the last 5 or 6 years. The first set of visits were for shots into a shoulder joint that eventually required replacement. The most recent visits are for a wonky knee that seems to be responding well to the shots. Dr Dunne has the ability to explain in simple detail the joint issues. She always takes the time to answer all questions and is honest in her discussions regarding next steps. Besides having an upbeat demeanor, her ability to administer those shots is remarkable, often having finished before I was aware that she was starting. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Dunne to anyone who may be struggling to make a decision regarding their joint pain. Dr Dunne has helped me so much - between understanding my knee pain, giving me appropriate exercises and stretches and steroid then gel shots. My knee pain is very minimal - when for the last 4 years it was a lot of pain. I'm more active now and rarely think about knee pain because it's no longer constant. HIGHLY recommend Dr Dunne because she listened and took my pain seriously.

Took me 5 years with hip pain and visits to many doctors until I finally found Dr. Laura Dunne. Within 3 minutes, she knew exactly what the problem was, gave me an injection and for the first time, I am pain free! She is fast, friendly, sympathetic and thorough. I encourage you to advocate for yourself getting through to their office "guards" who tried to tell me she only sees patients with sports injuries. Everything was perfect! Dr. Dune is an excellent doctor. I trust her completely. My only complaint is the checkin process was not contactless. The cashier asked for and touched both my credit card and insurance card and then handed them back to me. I have a chip in my credit card - OAA should let patients put their credit card in the chip reader and just hold up their insurance card for the cashier to look at. I came to Dr. Dunne a few years back after dislocating my kneecap for a third time while playing volleyball. She was actually a second opinion after a different doctor in a different network just recommended painkillers. Instead, Dr. Dunne sent me to physical therapy, along with lubricating injections in my knee, to focus on rebuilding strength and stabilizing the knee.
