Best ENT we’ve ever had! Our family has been seeing Dr. Taylor for over 12 years, and his care has always been outstanding. He gives each patient his full, undivided attention and truly takes the time to listen and understand their concerns. Occasionally there may be a bit of a wait before he comes into the room, but in my opinion that just reflects the level of care he gives to every patient he sees. Dr. Taylor genuinely cares about the people he treats, and it shows in every visit. In all the years we’ve been with him, I can honestly say we’ve never had a bad experience.

Absolutely the best Doctor!!! Was referred over to him by Dr. Smith from Helen DeVos for our daughter. She had her Tonsils removed by him. I could not have asked for a better Doctor. He made my 7 year old daughter feel as comfortable as possible. Joked around with her. (For a child it’s scary to go see all these doctors, for months.) but she felt extremely comfortable. She even had to ask if Dr. Taylor would be doing the surgery because she didn’t want another doctor doing it. My total experience couldn't have gone any better than it did. Dr Taylor did a septoplasty and turbinate reduction procedure last week. I was in and out of the hospital within a few hours. The pain was absoulty minimal, far less than what I expected (on a scale of 1 to 10 I'd give the highest amount I ever experienced a 3...which is far less than stubbing a toe) Best of all I can breath through my nose again.
