Absolutely the best Doctor!!! Was referred over to him by Dr. Smith from Helen DeVos for our daughter. She had her Tonsils removed by him. I could not have asked for a better Doctor. He made my 7 year old daughter feel as comfortable as possible. Joked around with her. (For a child it’s scary to go see all these doctors, for months.) but she felt extremely comfortable. She even had to ask if Dr. Taylor would be doing the surgery because she didn’t want another doctor doing it. Talking to us parents through everything to make sure we were comfortable Reassuring us that everything will be just fine. (Because for parents having your child go through surgery is very Nerve-racking).

Incredibly knowledgeable, more personable than any physician we’ve seen. Spent so much time explaining surgical vs medical options to us.

We were introduced to Dr. Taylor at Helen DeVos and loved him. We went in for an appointment for my baby and found he was an hour behind only because the person ahead of me asked what was taking so long. I get that he’s busy but a call from the office telling me I didn’t have to arrive when I did would have been helpful. My baby was very antsy in the waiting room. When we did finally get to see Dr. he seemed overwhelmed and like he was just trying to get in and out, he was in our room for less than 10 minutes. Not impressed with todays visit and hope our next time seeing him is better.

I mean, it’s Dr. Taylor, need I say more? He’s the best!

He is amazing. The waiting time to see him is so long! If that can change that will be great.

Dr. Talyor was excellent at my visit today. He answered all of my questions. He was very personable, kind, and reassuring!

Dr Taylor is PHENOMENAL, but the wait times in the office are always long, today was the longest wait we have ever had. Out appointment was at 9:45, and we arrived at 9:35. We did not see Dr. Taylor until 10:55. Keeping a 4 year old entertained for over an hour is a lot.

Dr Taylor is an excellent ENT and really made my son as comfortable as possible. He has a great sense of humor and is very good at answering all our questions. I would definitely highly recommend him. However the appointment scheduling, on call dr experience, and nurse line experiences were a nightmare. For these reasons, I might hesitate to use Dr Taylor in the future.

I came to Dr. Taylor in Aug. 2022 at the time i had a cat scan that showed a cyst and blockage in my left sinus at that time he prescribed polyeth solution at that point i purchased the navage. I came back a few wks later the pressure and thick drainage and ear plugging was to much. at that time i was placed on an antibiotic. That didnt help so he sent me to a nuro dr who stated it was my sinuses after that when my Dr office contacted Dr Taylor office and they were told there wasn't anything they could do for my. The nuro Dr. suggested i got to U of M I had to change my insurance after mths of waiting i go in again to be told there wasnt anything wrong with me but later found out she was looking at the wrong images. The next day i went to the dentist and it showed the blockage so i go bk to U of M and they tell me i need a rino Dr and that Dr is in Dr. Taylors office is it possible Taylor did the same. Today he told me he has been my Dr this whole time if so what was my treament pln!
