Its nice to go to the Dr.'s and you are feeling they truly care about you. I have been going there so long now I feel like family. Janelle S. N Dr. Patel make you feel so comfortable and they are very knowledgeable.Their pt. Care is onto of the world i recommend them to everyone is run into that needs any kind of care! Your not just a patient when you step in front of these two! Dr. PATEL is lucky to have gained the excellent staff he has that work by his side day in and day out! The desk girls are very proficient that Dr. PATEL has. I can't say enough about The Team here at Oio. I wouldn't Dr. With any other shoulder Dr. But them I don't see anyone else if these 2 are not avail. I will wait for the next appt. To be able to see them. What a great way to enjoy your Dr. Visit! Janelle was great. I thought my appointment was going to be just to make appointments for my trigger finger and carpal tunnel surgeries. The PA or CNP I saw the last time told me she would only inject the trigger finger once and if it didn’t work, Dr. Patel would not do another one. I would need to have the surgery. At that time, I was dealing with two serious medical issues so I felt the warning was an affront to me. Janelle offered to inject the finger so that the pain could be lessened while I wait for surgical dates. Chantel was also so helpful in scheduling my procedures so that they worked tmbest for my schedule. They are two great assets to OIO.rater8 Verified Patient
