Janelle was great. I thought my appointment was going to be just to make appointments for my trigger finger and carpal tunnel surgeries. The PA or CNP I saw the last time told me she would only inject the trigger finger once and if it didn’t work, Dr. Patel would not do another one. I would need to have the surgery. At that time, I was dealing with two serious medical issues so I felt the warning was an affront to me. Janelle offered to inject the finger so that the pain could be lessened while I wait for surgical dates. Chantel was also so helpful in scheduling my procedures so that they worked tmbest for my schedule. They are two great assets to OIO.
