Dr. Jain & PA Jenna are very thorough! I was nervous because I knew the large bandage covering my knee replacement incision was coming off but the nurse (Crystal, I think) was gentle and I didn’t feel anything! PA Jenna listened carefully and addressed all my concerns/questions with warmth and genuine care. She’d already set up my PT and checked that I had medications as needed. The best appointment I have ever had. To start, I was taken back before the scheduled appointment time. Dr. Jain was so kind, personable and had a great bedside manner all coupled with compassion and intelligence. I knew I was in great hands from the moment she entered the room. All staff made the entire process seamless. By the time I got to my car, all paperwork was handled and emailed. I have never had such quick service. They work together like a well oiled machine. The whole appointment was one win after another. I am so happy to be a patient here.

My 85 year old mother just had a knee replacement and Dr. Jane did a fantastic job and we had a very good experience with Dr. Jain. Dr Jain and her assistant Jenna replaced my left hip on May 5, 2025 so it was just three months ago. I was able to swim and walk by week 3. There was very little pain just for the two days after the surgery. I was in discomfort and I was driving by five days after my surgery I can’t recommend Dr Jain and Jenna enough. She was very responsive to my texts and emails, something I thought would be handed off to an assistant but was always answered by her. I felt very secure that I was getting the best care possible. Dr Rina Jain , was very comforting about the operation, I had put the operation on hold for over 10 years practically dragging my leg . The operation went great. I followed all there instructions for recovery and was able to ride my mountain bike after about 4 weeks. I had full range of motion after 3 weeks, very little after 3 weeks and I am so glad I finally got it done . Dr Jain and I had wonderful rapport. She explained the medical options for my seriously arthritic knee since because of my age I had previously decided that I would not have surgery. She did a thorough exam following my X-rays and urged me to consider directed physical therapy at Sharp to keep me as mobile as possible. I followed her advice and thanks to her referral I learned how specific exercises and daily walks could keep me on my feet. As a result I am moving about very well and walk about 1 mile a day. SO happy with Dr. Jain! Saw her this week because my shoulder has been in a lot of pain when I make certain moves and when I sleep. She was so thorough and asked me all the right questions to determine my issue. I love that she is practical with offering exercises and isn't quick to do surgery for something that can perhaps improve without it. She also explained why I was having the pain using pictures etc. to explain for someone who isn't as informed about the human body! Dr. Jain is very professional and knowledgeable. She came in specially to her office to examine me on a Sunday night and then went above & beyond by personally calling 10 different MRI locations to find an MRI center that could both squeeze me in and accept my insurance, all so that I could make a flight to Europe on Tuesday.
