I met nurse practitioner Michelle Keen after imaging and triage in the Cleveland Clinic ER. I had intermittent numbness in my arm and chest. When Nurse practitioner Michelle Keen, entered my room she was well informed about my situation. She was knowledgeable, empathetic and well versed in my medical history and condition. I was lucky. Based on evidence gathered from my overnight stay (imaging, three sets of labs, ekg, …) Michelle was certain that I did not/ was not having a cardio issue. She had me released from the hospital, scheduled a nuclear stress test to rule out a coronary diagnosis but suggested I meet with a neurologist or orthopedist to evaluate me for a pinched nerve in my c spine/ neck region. After my nuclear stress test, NP Keen reviewed the results and she was correct with her original prognosis. I am grateful to Stuart Cardiology (Dr. Bennet) and especially NP Keen for being so professional.Patient Submitted Review
