Michelle is always awesome. I am disappointed in not knowing the next step in my cardiac procedures but that was not Michelle's fault because it's not in my records. I am suppose to have a cardiac ablation according to Dr. Bennett but there is no information on it.

This practitioner had no previous contact with the patient, suffering from stage 4 kidney disease, heart failure and dementia. She had to wade through the caregivers reports evaluating our situation using her professional skills. I appreciated her factual recommendations. Furthermore, Nurse Keen noticed a scheduling conflict and adjusted it to our sincere gratefulness. Thank you, Michelle.
