Dr. Puchalski was a breath of fresh air when He came into the room. I had been sick for some 5 to 6 months or more and my primary care provider sent me to Him. He had a very dood bedside manner and made me to feel at ease because I was obviously nervous and SICK meaning I was having trouble walking because of dizziness. I was told what He wanted to check out and He came up with a plan of action very quickly after examining and having a CT scan right then in his office. I will be seeing Dr. Puchalski again for my treatment and I highly recommend Him.

Dr. Puchalski was a real gem. I was convinced that after all my allergy tests and CT that some kind of drastic measure, like surgery was in my future. To my great surprise, he indicated that all my symptoms were related to allergies and that if anyone ever said I needed surgery to run from the building. He was professional, genuine, and discussed my treatment options. I had a great experience with this practice and can’t recommend them enough.

He has always come in room I've been placed in with very pleasant a cheerful, friendly greeting. He has also been ready to listen to what I have to say about my treatment results. I have been with this practice since just after it opened and have always been pleased with treatment results. I will always refer someone if that person asks for an allergist orENT doctor or someone needing sleep health treatment. I Brought my daughter in to see Dr. Puchalski and had such a great experience! Not only was he very professional with a great bedside manner, he immediately made my toddler feel so comfortable and calm while checking her tonsils and adenoids. I am very pleased with our visit. The staff was also fantastic! 10/10 recommend.

Very pleased with Dr. Puchalski. He clearly explained the procedure needed to remove fluid from my middle ear. It was a minor intervention that resolved the issue with minimal discomfort. Table manners for a Doctor is great he listens to me as he check me over about what’s going on with me he explains everything to me what is wrong. I first came to Dr. Puchalski as a sleep patient. He did sleep studies and helped me better understand my narcolepsy. Then I started having multiple sinus infections and made an appointment with him. He found I had a deviated septum and I agreed to have septoplasty. He performed the surgery and had the same great bedside manner as in his office. And I haven’t had a sinus infection since, and that’s been 5 years ago. Dr. Puchalski is a great doctor. I have had trouble with some of the office staff, but that is not the fault of this doctor. In fact he and Mr. Bob have jumped through hoops to get my insurance to agree to pay for my medication on multiple occasions.rater8 Verified Patient

Dr. Puchalski is an excellent surgeon. He did everything exactly the way he said he would. He proactively worked with me on treatment concerns I had. I would recommend Dr. Puchalski to any of my family and friends. My daughter was referred to his office by her pediatrician and the entire process was simple and quick. Dr. Puchalski removed a cyst, that was located under my daughters eye and in the cheek area, and he did a fantastic job ! Within one week of having the surgery, her face looked fantastic ! I would recommend Dr. Puchalski because contrary to the experiences other people may have had, I had a great appointment. He listened to me and took the time to give me advice. Even though he couldn't really help me with my sleep disorder; he discussed a couple options with me.
