We unfortunately did not get to see the provider we were scheduled for. We had a PA. Very disappointed with our visit. We were given incorrect follow up test information.

My CT scan results were good, Dr. Puchalski explained everything, no problems with that.
However the wait was over 2 hours, due to over scheduling persons.

I had a really great experience with him. He explained the allergy test and ct scan results with me. I was feeling a little overwhelmed but I’m feeling much better and feel I have a plan in place to help with my allergies. He was very kind and I could tell he really cares about his patients. Overall a great experience!

He took the time to ensure that we had all of our questions answered before and after the surgery. He was great!

I really appreciate how this entire team (from the front desk, to the lab, to the doctor support) works together for their patients. They are all friendly and helpful and goes out of the way to make each visit pleasant.
