Smart, experienced listens to her patients and treats them with respect. She was an athlete and understands when her parents want to be mobile. I had seen another orthopedic doctor whom treated me with disrespect and when he couldn’t help me, his response was “What do you want me to do.” I told him, well you the doctor. I asked when I could see Dr. Crosson. I was fortunate that she had an opening at that time. It took her 10 minutes to understand it could be my cervical spine. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Crosson. Although my diagnosis was pretty clear, she took the time to listen to me and was empathetic to the amount of pain I’ve been in and how it is affecting my life. Previous doctors told me to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen for pain that is off the charts. She has me meeting with surgical in two weeks and was messaging the other doctors while we were still with her to get things moving quickly! Awesome personality, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and just all around 100x better experience at OAA than my previous provider. I can’t wait to get back to life thanks to them!

I just had my first stem cell treatment therapy done last week, and Dr. Crosson and her staff was amazing. I had 3 ACL knee surgeries, and none of them took.
