Fantastic! Doc Crosson informed me that I should NOT have been in that "wrapping" that was applied by another facility. When it was removed, I felt the discomfort go away. Dr. Crossing is a very good doctor. She does listen to what you tell her . She recommended physical therapy for me for a frozen shoulder and it was well worth my time. She is very nice to talk to and gave me several different options I could do and let me tell her what I wanted to do. I have a torn rotator cuff with a frozen shoulder. She recommended physical therapy and I know have 85% use of my arm and I started out @ almost zero. I am very pleased with her recommendation.

But disregarding of the frustration in pain and the immediacy of circumstances and specific time sensitive needs. My treatment of any relief will now be delayed for 4 weeks , As timing has it for unforeseen circumstances. I respect following rules and regulations, but compromise and going beyond being concerned to fulfill patients’ individual needs is true patient care. Left in tears struggling to walk down the hall and steps.
