This clinic was extremely professional with foot orthopedics, with 30+ years experience in seeing speciality drs I can say this with great confidence. They Ran diagnostic tests during consultation and were able to give me results the same day! When it comes to injuries it is critical to keep yourself from being injured any further and understanding how to care for your injuries. This way your healing process can begin. He does not recommend unnecessary methods or surgical procedures that are costly and not truly going to be beneficial to you as his patient. . This Doctor can treat entire foot just slightly above ankle. I am thankful for his professional integrity.😊Dr. Scot Youngblood is a very professional, calm man. His voice is gentle, also which is key for children and the elderly at doctor’s visits. My experience has been excellent with Dr.Youngblood. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Youngblood is very thorough and patient . I am really pleased with my recovery and the results from the McBride procedure on an otherwise messed up foot. He did a great job and I feel for the first time in 20 years that I can walk without pain on my left foot. I would highly recommend his services.! This is a review of Dr Youngblood of Synergy orthopedics. I strongly recommend Dr Youngblood orthopedic surgeon at Synergy Orthopedics and his expert support staff Joyce, Care Coordinator and Kat, Nurse Practitioner as well as X-ray specialists who were excellent, above reproach in the medical care provided me to surgically replace an ankle joint in September 2025. The surgery was expertly done judging from the pain free results and rapid wound healing with the EVAC system innovation used by Dy Youngblood. The whole process from beginning to the present was remarkably pain-free. I had expected considerable pain but virtually no pain occurred which amazed me. I was walking without pain 10 weeks after the surgery comfortably on the replaced ankle joint unassisted by crutches or cane. Now 5 -1/2 months after surgery I am completely healed and have near normal movement, pain free, So I recommend Dr Youngblood and his team at Synergy Orthopedics in Mission Valley to all neediPatient Submitted Review

I have a lot of fear of surgery, and this was honestly the best, most calm, and easygoing (as well as reassuring) introduction to surgery I could have had. When the staff and Dr. Youngblood said at different times “We got you” and at one point “We’ll take care of you” I could tell that they meant it. I could not be more appreciative of the staff, hospital, and Dr. Youngblood. I have seen Dr. Youngblood twice so far. I have found him to be professional, an active listener, and I appreciated that he took the time to explain things to me as well as listen to my concerns. I was seen exactly at my appt time. I didn’t wait more than a few minutes in the exam room either. He had ordered an MRI for me and he had the results at my visit. He brought it up on an iPad and I was able to see the imaging as he described my condition. I found that very refreshing. He wasn’t just telling me he was showing me. He’s a magician & I am forever indebted to him. My foot was severely injured & I thought that it might be irreparably. He explained thoroughly to me what his plan was & then executed to perfection. I arrived on a gurney to the office receptionist was very friendly gave me some paperwork to fill out.. My appointment was for 8:30 AM the office.. Waited not too long went to a room with a assistant she asked me questions then I went for X-rays came back to my room Dr Youngblood came and saw me he's a very nice Dr we talked about different kinds of things that were related to my injury on my foot.. Dr. Youngblood did an external fixator on both my feet to correct brachymetatarsia. He actually corrected another doctor's screw up on my right foot. He did an excellent job! He even did an added bonus of correcting a bunion on my right foot. True professional and well experienced. There aren't a lot of orthopedic doctors who know how to correct brachy.
