Went the conservative approach to having lumbar surgery for two years. Finally met with Dr. Fumich and he had the answers to my questions before I even asked them. I now have confidence in my surgery which is scheduled a month from today. 5 months after L3, L4, L5 lumbar fusion I was released. Leg pain completely gone and only minor muscle pain left. How often if any can you say you had a good experience while undergoing ACDF surgery. I had two Drs. Tell me that nothing was wrong with my neck. My husband broke is neck 30 years ago so he had a lot of arthritis and he lifted something which resulted in a pinched nerve and numbness and tingling down his arm and headaches. Dr preformed cervical surgery on two areas of my husbands neck in Sept. 2019. The headaches were gone instantly after the surgery and the numbness and tingling as well cleared up in his shoulder, arm and fingers. We didn’t have any problem with infection. The hospital they have there was great. Dr Fumich is upbeat with a nice bedside manor and the Oio center is very organized. You can get X-rays and mris right there, they fit you for braces right there as well. Kind of a one stop shop. Dr fumich made sure my husband was comfortable and his pain level was controlled as well during the healing process. The payment plan was set up around what you could truly afford. Also, they have financial assistance if you qualify. So that is the reason for 5 stars.Patient Submitted Review

Dr. Fumich is a Godsend to me! He has performed Cervical and Lumbar Fusion on me. I am just out of the hospital for my 2nd Lumbar Fusion (my fault - I did not behave myself)! I am better off now since the surgeries! He is a wonderful doctor. Kind, caring and listens! His staff is just a wonderful. I get in to see him in a timely fashion and if I need to talk to the nurse, she either talks to me right away, or, if I have to leave a message, she gets back to me. I went to Dr Fumich in severe lower back pain. He sent me for an MRI and a week later I was scheduled for surgery. Four vertebrae fused and a couple of rods later I am doing great. I did have problems after a month and he saw me right away. Dr Fumich has always been very friendly but also very professional. Dr Fumich fixed my lower back disc problem and got me back to work. I am so relieved to not have that pain anymore. I recommend him to everyone I know because he was so kind and so was his entire staff. No matter who I saw while in his office they couldn't have been nicer. I did wait to see him almost 45 minutes at his office but I'm so glad I did. He spent a lot of time with me and I didn't feel like he was pushing me out of his office.
