Dr. Fumich is very friendly and personable. He is also professional, showing and explaining my MRI's, X-Rays, and all my medical reports to me, explaining my treatment options. He truly listens and cares about his patients.i highly recommend him.

I am so glad I chose Dr. Fumich for my neck surgery. He is very thorough and has a wonderful bedside manner. He wants to make sure you understand what needs to be done and explains things well. He also listens to the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Fumich.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone im off work with severe back pain a d knee pain said I have bone spurs and arthritis in 3 4 5 vertebrae and yet nothing

Dr. Fumich, listens to you and always figures out a solution, no matter how the puzzle pieces fall. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of ortho.
"Dr. Frank E. Fumich, M.D. is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spinal surgery. He has served Lima and the surrounding communities for over 15 years. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry cum laude from West Virginia University. He earned his medical doctorate at the Marshall University School of Medicine, graduating at the top of his class. He then completed his internship and residency at the West Virginia University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery where he served as Chief Resident in Orthopaedic Surgery. He completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center under the direction of Drs. James D. Kang and William F. Donaldson.
Dr. Fumich specializes in care of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, utilizing traditional and newer minimally invasive surgical techniques as well as conservative non-surgical management to provide patients with individualized care. His clinical interests include degenerative spinal conditions (including disc herniation), spinal stenosis, and spinal deformities. He also treats patients with spinal trauma, infections, tumors, and scoliosis.
Dr. Fumich is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society."
