Could not ask for a better experience with such a caring and friendly staff. Everyone from the front desk to the X-ray techs went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for my special needs son. The care, patience and skill used to get much needed testing done in a positive manner was a huge relief. The entire facility is spotless and wait times were minimal at best maybe 5 or 6 mins.

Great experience! As someone dealing with high anxiety, this facility was the perfect place for an MRI. The ladies allowed for me to do a test run into the machine to see how I would react being enclosed and helped coach me through the process to ensure I could make it through the duration of the scan. I was very uneasy on proceeding but with their communication and comfort I pushed through. I was not rushed or dismissed or felt bad for being nervous. They were very patient and understanding with all of my concerns. The entire experience even at front desk to the changing area/waiting room was pleasant and organized. This location is a little less than an hour from my home, I was skeptical about accepting the appointment since I do not know the Hammonton area but I’m glad I went ahead and scheduled, I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking to get imaging done.Patient Submitted Review

AMI PROVIDED MRI SCANS to me on August 4,, 2025. The young lady performing the scan with and without contrast was very helpful in getting this old man onto the table and providing me instructions when to breathe and when to hold my breath. She provided earplugs to protect what’s remaining of my hearing from the singing and the screeching of the magnets doing their thing to look into my body. When all was done, she again helped me get off the table and out the door. A report of my scan was delivered to me and my doctor within 4 hours of the test. No one likes having a MRI but my experience at AMI in Hammonton was top notch. I would greatly recommend this facility and staff for all your medical testing needs.Patient Submitted Review

This was my first visit to AMI. I was impressed with the building itself upon pulling in to park. The interior of the facility is very nice, easy to check-in, adequate size waiting room and very clean. I had a short wait before being taken back. My technician, Jacqueline, was really personable and put my nerves at ease, as I was nervous about the potential result. She was great throughout the whole procedure (a mammogram). She tried to make me as comfortable as possible with each image, as this procedure can be quite painful at times. I had complete confidence in her abilities based on her demeanor and self-confidence. After my results were ready she accompanied the doctor in to let me know the results. It was nice that she was there with the doctor, whom I'd only just met in that moment. The doctor also was nice. He entered the room with a nice smile on his handsome face. He thoroughly went over my results. Thankfully, they had excellent news to deliver. Today, I came to AMI-Atlanticare (Hammonton location) to have an U/S scan. I was a little nervous about having this study done, but the ultrasound technologist, Tracy explained everything that was going to occur during the exam so thoroughly I suddenly was no longer nervous. I usually see Jackie for my yearly mammogram. This year, Jessica was my technician. I have always had wonderful experiences here. Jackie has always taken the time to review the images and take more images if she is not satisfied. Jessica did the same. The front desk staff are always friendly and prompt. I use their website to make or adjust appointments, which is extremely convenient. My appointments always run on time and the procedure does not take an inordinate amount of time, although the technicians are very conscientious of their imaging results. I tried to call, was on hold for 15 minutes plus. I was in the area so I stopped in to make appointment. They were able to get me in 2 hours later for a toe X-ray. My experience here was awesome. I came in to get my first ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. It was required that my bladder had to be full at this appointment. I went to AMI for an ultrasound (not pregnancy related). It was really easy to schedule an appointment, and I didn’t have to wait weeks to be seen. When I got there I was in and out. The worst news is getting a phone call after a mammogram. That phone call is never good. I went to the Hammonton Office for the diagnostic exam and I can honestly say that EVERY SINGLE person I had to interact with with EXCELLENT. They were compassionate, even the front reception woman, who had to tell my husband that he had to wait outside and could not come with me. The technicians explained everything to me and were very understanding because I was very upset. The radiologist was patient with my questions and thorough with his explanations. Given the challenges presented due to Covid 19, I thought the Hammonton facility did an excellent job of ensuring my safety. I had an ultrasound and a dexa scan. Both women who performed these procedures were very kind and caring. I had never had a dexa scan performed before and Jacqueline did an amazing job explaining things to me and making sure that the scan was not uncomfortable. The people who work in that office are always so nice. Today I had experience in 2 offices (Galloway and Hammonton) In BOTH locations I was treated with respect and with the highest degree of professionalism. In Galloway the front desk attendant went OUT OF HER WAY to get me seen and documentation prepared in advance. In Hammonton I had a specific test done and it was done quickly and efficiently.
