Professional friendly front desk. The radiology technician doing my dexa and mammo was extremely caring, efficient, knowledgeable and took every measure to see if i was comfortable! Very kind and friendly too.

The staff at this office were simply wonderful people very kind considerate & humorous - fun to be with!! But when I saw the closed MRI that was of an ancient variety - I already started hurting!! The unit they have at this place is a very old model and should be retired. The current trend is for open MRI machine machines. I should know because I designed x-ray and MRI procedure rooms. This event for me was extremely painful because I had to go in a tight space with severe arthritis in my two shoulders!! So the whole time I was in there I was in constant pain!! 14 minutes later I was finally released and was so glad to get the hell out of there! I will never never never never never never never never never never never go back here again unless they get new equipment and that is Humane!! This was a real travesty!! But again, the staff was wonderful and every person that waited on me was tremendously nice, kind and helpful.!!
