Friendly and professional staff
The care I get here is absolutely exceptional. Everybody is kind, caring and explain everything that's happening very well.
The three star rating is due to the insurance staff that I had to deal with prior to my visit. Lisa really made it difficult leading up to the actual study. Also. She had my insurance wrong and only listed my primary, which would have left me with an over $200 balance needing to be paid. That said the people I dealt with upon check in were very helpful and corrected Lisa's error. My experience with this person may be the reason I don't get a study done in hammonton again.
All the staff are wonderful! The make it an easy process. very helpful and patiently help you get testing done. Thank you all!
