Snippy rude reception, appt time was 9:30am I arrived at 9:05am. At 9:10 I was called up and I wasn’t finished filling out my paperwork. Woman behind the desk says “well that’s why we give them to you to fill at home” well I felt I had time to do it while waited for my appointment…. Ok. ID and insurance.. Ok Very impatiently she has her hand extended while I’m getting them out of my wallet. I said I can only do one thing at a time. 4-5 people in the waiting room with no reason to run the counter like a Starbucks. Medical services were great as always and nice behind the doors in the professional area. Just unnecessary

I was nervous for my first CT scan and had to get an IV and am not a fan of needles at all. I received an email saying NOT to drink anything but 16 oz of water one hour before my appointment. the entire morning that is all I had. As a result, I was dehydrated which led them to two failed attempts to find a "good vein" until another coworker came in and got it on the first try. I asked that the first woman NOT use my wrist because it makes me sick and there's no way I'll be able to sit there for 20 minutes knowing it is there. She just smiled and did it anyway. It had me so worked up and upset that I was close to walking out. I was shaking and my wrist kept twitching after that. I'm thankful for the coworker who came in second because theres not a chance I would have stayed after a third failed attempt since it was entirely the imaging centers fault for sending me the incorrect preparation directionsin the first place. Apparently it's just a generic email which is highly unprofessional

Had to report back from the radiologist within 4 hours. Quite astounding. An attribute to superb workflow.

Appointment was right on time!

Had to drink a lot of water so my bladder was overly full and then when I got there, I had to wait for almost 45 minutes after my appointment time which then caused me to be extremely uncomfortable and discomfort and become very nervous and then the test results says that I have too much water in my bladder. That’s because I had to hold it a lot longer than I should’ve for a test while other people were taking ahead of me.

I have been taking my disabled mom here for years staff is always kind and attentive however our encounter with Angie at front desk was very disappointing. upon checking in she said she needed a doc note to be seen. My mom tried to explain everything should be set already she rudely interrupted mid sentence saying she understood but insisted that we have to call her doc to fax it. -doc office fax it just to find out later on that they indeed did not need it. we are not upset that she made a mistake we are upset the way she spoke to us , if i did not keep asking if they received the fax they would of have not communicated to me on time that they did not need it making our wait time longer . All patients who checked in after us were seen before us , for the simple fact that we were wasting time on incorrect information and no apologies for the inconvenienced were made in the front . Not until being seen by , Madalyn , Elizabeth and Susan who were very patient , sweet and apologetic.

I walked in for my appt 15 mins early and was told I got there late and needed to fill out paperwork (which I was done filling out before my appt time). Also no one mentioned I even needed to be there early when they called to confirm my appt the day prior. But I show up to every appt early so to be reprimanded as if I was late was uncalled for. I had x rays taken and the tech didn’t shield me. I had to request that she did (which should have been obvious for her to do since I am in my twenties.) she gave me a slight attitude about it when I asked her to do so. The mri tech was great though. Xray staff and front desk could use a little work. Not impressed with the lack of professionalism in those departments, however, the mri dept seems to have it all together! They were kind, efficient, and professional.

Overall experience was very good. The staff were polite and friendly.

Unfortunately, I think the tech was too rough with me considering my left knee injury. I did tell her that I’ve had two surgeries on that knee and that something popped in at five weeks ago and that’s why I’m there. I was literally limping into the facility and out it was quite obvious. then I kept trying to tell her that my right foot had metal plates and screws in it from a surgery three years ago, but she kept cutting me off and not allowing me to speak. The point of telling her was because she had me in certain positions that I could not do but was forced to do anyway. That included sitting on a chair and bending my legs completely back under the chair. At that point she pushed on my left leg to push it back further knowing that was my injured leg and caused me to yell out in pain. She also was very unprofessional in my opinion when she had me standing up against the board and squeezed in between Me and the camera which was only a foot wide. My right foot is now in a lot of pain

Poor communication between Ami and Physicians Rx for imaging. Doctors send it, and ami says they don’t have it. Other than that, everything else is good.

My wife went in for an X-Ray for her sinuses. Apparently they need to have her head back to do so. She has a neck issue which can limit how long she can stay in that position. We were never asked if she had a neck problem and she repeatedly had her neck pushed back.

The only problem I had is you need a new MR I Way too long to take a test not the staff fault. It’s the companies fault for not replacing the machine it’s old. I’ve been coming there for many many many years. I’ve live in Hammonton now I live in Defort still come there, but I will never do that MRI again there, sorry

My prescriptions for imaging were electronically sent to AMI. Previous to my appointment I verified on 2 separate occasions they were received. At time of appointment I was told there were no prescriptions in their records. After my insistence the prescriptions were there and some searching of their records my prescriptions were located.

Had multiple studies done today. X-rays of pelvis and hip. Thank you Julia for your kindness. and also CT neck and chest. Thank you Genevieve. If it wasn't for your kindness during previ studies, I would not have been able to do these studies as easily.

To be honest the facility and the tech were great it was just the older blonde/white haired woman who helped me at the front. She was incredibly rude, yelled at me, blew me off when I was trying to be nice and make pleasantries. She told me I might not have been able to be seen because I was “so late” even though she let me stand there for over 5 minutes before checking in. She yelled at me from across the room that I already filled out the paperwork online even though she gave me new paperwork to fill out! She was just super abrasive and rude, blew me off whenever I said anything with an “uh huh”, “sure”, or a “yeah I know” along with an eye roll. Honestly I had been having a horrible day, rushed to get there and kept running into issues on the road, all while fasting until after 1pm and the last thing I needed was to be yelled at blown off and treated so poorly. Honestly I went to the AMI in Vineland and they were much nicer!

I was a bit miffed at first but Tracy helped me understand why it took so long to get me in the back. My appt was at 1pm I got there early and 6 people came after me and all were called back before me. The extricate did go out and equipment needd to be rebooted. But it made no sense how the 6 people that ca.e as much as 45 mins after me got called back. I was told by the reception staff it was because the electric ent out that I hadn't been called back yet. But really TrCy hD an Emergency room patient who she was doing the very last thing when the electric went our and didn't allow her to save the whole study. She hD to do the patients test all.over again which caused me to have to wait. I'm a reasonable person had the reception staff bothered to find why she was running late and just assume it wS because of the electric going out even though 6 other people got called bCk thst came after me. I wouldn't have acted like a jerk to Tracy I did apologize for me being a jerk to her.
