In the past few months, Dr. Grayson replaced both my left and right knees, 6 weeks apart. He did a great job. With each surgery, he explained everything and I was able to reach him by phone when I had questions. The first surgery was performed at Winchester Hospital, everything went well, stayed overnight. Excel checked in on me both days and Dr. Grayson checked in on me and called my wife personally. The second surgery date was changed because of the increasing restrictions in MA due to COVID-19, and Dr. Grayson arranged the surgery in Nashua, NH to keep us on track. I was in and out the same day, he again kept in touch with me and my wife to make sure we were doing well. Excel arranged all necessary in home nursing and PT services so I could focus on healing. All outpatient professionals (RNs, PTs, etc.) have been impressed by the orders, treatments and healing and say the scars are minimal when compared to other patients.
