Dr. Grayson Connors is an attending surgeon at Winchester Hospital where he specializes in total joint replacement and revision surgery. He completed the Otto E. AuFranc Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction Surgery at New England Baptist Hospital where he performed over 700 primary and revision surgeries. During his time there, he served as Chief Fellow. He is particularly focused on minimally invasive surgery where he specializes in outpatient total hip and total knee replacements. He performs both direct anterior and direct superior approaches to the hip with a CT-guided intraoperative navigation where rapid recovery is the focus. This technique allows the patient to have no postoperative restrictions of the hip joint to allow a full return to activities.
Dr. Connors hails from Princeton, NJ and excelled as an All-American Lacrosse player at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and dogs and exploring New England.

Excellent experience as always! I moved 60 miles away, but I still travel to Excel for all my orthopedic needs,especially Dr. Connors! Knowledgeable, understanding, makes you feel at ease and confident. He's the best!

Dr Connors was very reassuring about my upcoming knee replacement surgery. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer my questions.
I had a total knee left knee replacement in October. I went through it with flying colors things to Doctor corners surgery. I highly recommend him. He is a caring doctor.
He took the time to review my X-ray and discuss the option of replacement . He was attentive and empathetic regarding my past experience with a past hip surgery. He reassured me that pain management post replacement is a priority of his. I feel very confident and will have my hip replaced by him at Winchester Hospital soon .
He was really concerned how I was. Answered my questions. Have appointment in 8 mos..Appointment with Dr. Simon for Sciatica and said to let him know how that goes. Very pleased with Dr. Connors care and followup.
