Starting with check-in with Linda who has a courteous manner & an abundance of smiles to all patients, that I observed. Cindy, the 25 year veteran was pure professional & conducted most of the testing & easily followed prompts as we went along. Then to Aimee, who did a light show on my eyes which was fun. I then waited in a room where Dr Uttley entered, introduced himself, did further examinations on his own until he was satisfied. An honest & likable bedside manner. Last fall I made a specific appointment with Dr. Uttley because I knew I was going to need some help. Vision in my right eye had diminished and I needed cataract surgery. Dr. Uttley removed cataracts from my right eye on 6/30/2021. Everything about the procedure was streamlined. My care at MW Surgical Center was excellent. I was kept very comfortable throughout & as Dr. U. worked, it was clear to me he was a highly skilled eye surgeon. Immediately after surgery my vision was already improved! I experienced minimal discomfort for just 4 - 6 hours...easily handled w/Ibuprofen. Today, I have NO discomfort! In 2 weeks he will repeat the procedure on my left eye.
