I highly recommend Dr. Scott Uttley for his ability to know my history and to draw information from past surgeries and procedures to explain changes in my current eye health, and then suggesting possible treatments. His ability to explain things clearly and with consideration is always appreciated.

There is something not ok with the prescription that he wrote, the pharmacy couldn’t fill it out and send it back for clarification

Dr. Uttley always listens and responds with great advice and suggestions. I never have felt he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient or didn’t have time to answer questions.

After completing his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota, he underwent specialized training in a cornea and anterior segment fellowship at the University of Minnesota.
