Dr Uttley is great! He is professional and knowledgeable yet friendly and takes the time to answer my questions. I have full confidence in him and his recommendations for my eye care. His staff of technicians and front desk staff are great as well.

Filing this out on behalf of my dad. As his daughter in the room during the exam, I always appreciate the patience and kindness Dr. Uttley shows with my dad. He truly understands the difficulties that Parkinson’s can cause for my dad and he guides him through the exam in a very helpful way.

While he seems qualified as a doctor, he seems to get easily frustrated with questions from the patient regarding their eye health and changes to watch for. He was not always so abrupt in the past. I do not know what has changed, but the last visits with him have been unpleasant.

After completing his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota, he underwent specialized training in a cornea and anterior segment fellowship at the University of Minnesota.
