I’ve been seeing Dr. Uttley for many years. He is thorough, kind, explains things well, doesn’t push treatments or upgrades to glasses unless it’s really necessary, and he and his team are very efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Uttley and the team at St. Paul Eye Clinic in Eagan.
Dr. Uttley graduated from New Mexico State University with a degree in biochemistry and obtained his medical degree from the University of New Mexico. After completing his residency in ophthalmology at the University of Minnesota, he underwent specialized training in a cornea and anterior segment fellowship at the University of Minnesota.
