He reviewed my medical information, discussed best practice handling of the diagnosis, and laid out a plan on how to achieve the highest standard of care in preparation for possible interventions. He fit me into his schedule so that I could have test results from his laboratory before I met with the next medical consultant. Again no one wants to assist me with my dry eyes. Told this Dr that I have used every over the counter product. Nothing works. He asked me what I was using and told me to keep using it. Then as he was typing away he said “there’s no silver bullet” he was not even talking to me! Then he condescendingly gave me a sample of a product I already tried. It’s 2:58am and again I’m awake. My sleep is always interrupted. He just didn’t care
