Dr Jackson is very kind and knowledgeable. He explained my procedure in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. He saw me before and after the operation and called my fiancé after I was in recovery. I’m so thankful Dr Jackson was able to correct my ear problems. I was not able to hear adequately with my external hearing aids that I wear them for 10 years. I did not heard myself. After the first implant in my left side I was able to hear myself.
