Dr. Joubran made the experience some better. I remember going into the procedure room and next i am waking up and wanting to stay asleep. Everyone there was very personable and took great care of me. They even called a couple days later to be sure i wasn't having any problems. They are all very kind and Dr. Joubran was very pleasant and concerned at the same time. 'The Center For Surgical Excellence' is aptly named. It should stand as a Hallmark to all other providers. Dr. Joubran listens and takes things seriously, but he's also carefree and smiling. Everything and everyone is very patient-centered there, I will point out 2 examples: Sean and Angela were very attentive and thorough and demonstrated some of the excellence advertised. Everyone was very nice. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The doctor spent time with me going over the procedure and did an excellent job. I'm glad I was taken care of by this staff.

Dr Joubran is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and kind. After at least 15 or more years with him, he still takes time to visit with me before surgery and reassure me as his patient. Dr. Jourbran and his nurse, Stephanie provide the best medical care possible! They are also extremely compassionate. The two of them have been with me through very difficult times. The nursing staff was incredibly supportive, informed me of all information, the dr J was wonderful to see, as a long term “ High medical care provider “ and I personally have nothing but respect!” He came and visited me, he knew my charts, “ “ Rembered me” and never treated me with any “ill” respect?l! That means something for all viewers means alot! He’s an amazing Dr! One of the staff Drs I don’t but him I do! But my experience was great! He’s a “ In my own preference “ a 💯 Professional! Dr. is very nice and outgoing. You don't see him much, because if you're having a procedure you're usually asleep. But the time you see him he explains what he's going to do and always tells you not to worry, they'll take very good care of you. You can tell by the tone of his voice he loves people and his job. Dr. Joubran and his staff have seen my wife, my dad, my brother and now me. Without a doubt I would say this was one of the best experiences with medical staff I've ever had, all things considered of course. All of the staff are extremely friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. Joubran is one of most friendly and knowledgeable doctors I've spoken to and extremely comforting as well. He really put me at ease before the actually procedure occurred. Overall fantastic experience and highly recommend this facility and staff. Thank you everyone.

Clicked 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option. I appreciate people that treat you like you're their 1st/only patient, even though you know they perform the same operation thousands of times. A+ to Dr. Joubran and the whole staff. Every person from the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor made me feel comfortable, cared for, and as if I was the only patient there.

I was upset because a new girl called me and told me that I would have to wait on the on call radiologist to let me know the results of my gall bladder procedure. But Dr Joubran and his assistant, Stephanie who genuinely cares about his patients just called me and followed throygh. So grateful to both Dr Joubran and Stephanie for helping me. I was very pleased with Dr Joubran. He was very professional and answered my questions. It will take approximately 3 weeks for my test results to come back but Dr Joubran explained everything that went on and now its just a question of being patient. Very professional and personable
