Very kind, understanding and professional

Very warm and friendly! He really put me at ease! Which was a big deal because I almost didn't make my appointment that day. The pills for the colonoscopy made me so sick that I vomited 16 times in 2 days!

This was my first colonoscopy and I was a little nervous. Dr. Joubran came walking in the room with a big smile on his face and took my hand. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and immediately put me at ease.

I have many doctors because of complex health problems. Dr. Joubran is absolutely my favorite! He is extremely competent and compassionate. He has such a great personality.

Didn’t have my records yet and spent little over two minutes with me. Did a minimal exam and recommended a colonoscopy. Than the nurse said it was my job to get the records but previously she was attempting to get them before the provider just walked it.

Caring, efficient, gave good explanations, and has a hearty laugh, which never hurts. Anyone who is a good friend of Dr. Skaf is to be trusted.

Dr Joubran and his staff are amazing. Before surgery he sat down took his time with me and answered all my questions for me. Most Drs won’t do that. I’ve been going to him for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend him.

Didn't really give me information other than having a EDG. I would like to of had him go deeper into my symptoms.

He’s very kind

My overall experience was good. All the people I dealt with were polite and professional. Why was is necessary to have the initial meeting at Dr. Batty’s office? (Three people all asked me the same questions) I only saw Dr. Joubran for a few momenta before the procedure, but he seemed relaxed and cheerful (always good!)

The only comment I have is that I would like to have had Dr. Joubran personally debrief his procedures with me vice having a nurse reading it to me. After all of my past colonoscopies, the doctors personally debriefed me.

The last time I was at ur facility the Dr came in after the procedure and told me what he found. I liked that better. I know it’s not necessary since the nurse can say what he found but it’s nice if he can do that. But I liked Dr Jubrans bedside manner before the procedure.

The staff was all very professional and put me at ease.

I felt like my concerns were completely dismissed and that he went into the procedure with a preconceived idea of what was happening. He instantly blamed it on my medications that I had been on for years without my current symptoms developing. If I hadn’t gotten so far into the process I would have denied the procedure at bed side but I wanted to make sure everything looked okay. I left feeling more defeated than with any hope that we could fix the problem. This is the day after and I’m sick to my stomach again after hardly eating anything. I will likely not return to this establishment.

When I was finally able to see Dr Jabroun for the procedure he was great. He went over what he was going to do. It was the experience leading up to the procedure that left me very frustrated.

This was the 4th time Dr. Joubran did this surgery for me. He's a great guy & very professional and cordial. I would recommend him to anyone. Great bed-side manner.

The only reason a did 4 stars is because I never got to visit with except for maybe 40 seconds before I was put under anesthesia. My many years with Dr. Katz we always had an unhurried visit before & after procedures. I had questions that I thought dr would answer! Although my nurse, Doug, did a great job of helping me with my questions. I do however think Joubtan did a great job. When my nurse called this morning he again answered many questions. I would give Doug 5 stars. Thank you

We have had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr Joubran! So glad he makes the trip to Gillette. It would be difficult for us to see him in Casper.

I appreciate the Dr spoke to me right before he started. Face to face and clarifyed exactly what he was going.

Dr. Jourdan is awesome hadn't seen me in a few years and remembered me and believe me I'm forgettable (lol). The staff was friendly. My only complaint is that you need a coffee pot for those who have to wait for 2 hours or more in the surgery waiting room

The staff at Gastroenterology Associates of Wyoming are thorough and and work well together. I didn’t actually see Dr. Joubran except at procedure time.

Clicked 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option. I appreciate people that treat you like you're their 1st/only patient, even though you know they perform the same operation thousands of times. A+ to Dr. Joubran and the whole staff. Every person from the front desk to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the doctor made me feel comfortable, cared for, and as if I was the only patient there.
