She was so pleasant. Took the time to go over full procedure with me. Very rare do you have such an open dialogue with your doctor. She gave me websites to look at and told me if i had any questions to call. At no point did I feel rushed during my visit. Every question I had was answered before I asked. She is very positive and upbeat and has the best bedside manner I have seen. The office is stunning. The staff was very friendly and organized. I didnt wait but 4 mins in total.

Other than that Ohio State degree she was phenomenal. Compassion was the word of the day. She really did a great job. Everyone was so considerate and humane. Can’t believe I’m saying this but I look forward to returning.

Dr. Nelson comes in introduces herself and put you at ease. I was so scared and nervous, but her calming words and the excellent care took care of that. Her staff and the nurse are excellent also, and very compassionate and professional. Thank you, thank you Sandra Hawes 🙏🏼❤️

Dr. Nelson and her staff was nothing short of amazing. Nurse Lisa can start an IV and you will never feel a thing. Even the ladies at the front were so kind. They helped with the paperwork. Dr. Nelson fix my issue, and I was on my way.rater8 Verified Patient

She was amazing loved how professional she was and her nurses! They explained everything they were doing even when they didn’t have to example they had to move a camera around and they explained that to me did not have to but they did! Everything was explained to me, no one patronized me, the atmosphere was positive and upbeat, and I felt comfortable from the time I arrived for the procedure until the time I left. Dr. Nelson not only believed me right away, but completely agreed and validated me. She created a swift action plan and answered all of my questions. She has a patient and kind bedside manner. I will recommend her to any and everyone needing vascular care.

Any women suffering from Uterine fibroids should research UFE. Please ask your Gyn for a referral. The only option given to me initially was to have a hysterectomy. From there, I found a new Gyn who informed me of all my options. I’ve suffered for many years not knowing this option was available. This was the worst part of my experience. However, the best part is having a min. invasive procedure and seeing results almost immediately. The downtime is but a fraction. Dr. Nelson changed my life!Read more
