Dr. Nelson comes in introduces herself and put you at ease. I was so scared and nervous, but her calming words and the excellent care took care of that. Her staff and the nurse are excellent also, and very compassionate and professional. Thank you, thank you Sandra Hawes 🙏🏼❤️
She was very precise with the procedure and made sure they got it right the first time.
Wasn’t prepared for all aspects of my my operation. I halfway died from a catheter replacement. Day surgery turned into a life saving event. I had to walk to the emergency room to get sufficient help. I’m not mad I’m just very disappointed with the outcome of the surgery
