She was very personable and walked me through what to expect in my appointment. Dr. Wessels and Essence have great bedside manners, very informative and took the time to help me understand. He set expectations throughout the appointment and let me know what to expect. When he confirmed that I approved of moving forward with treatment, he proceeded to do the injection. He completed the injection sclerotherapy without me ever feeling the needle. For someone who is very afraid of needles, that is the best result I could have ever imagined. I inquired when the treatment would begin and he explained that he was already done. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Wessels. Don't delay and continue suffering. Just give his office a call and get rid of your discomforts quickly and painlessly. His face to face consulatation to identify your ailment was a bit quick, but understandably so, being the practice just moved into a new building, and they are really busy. Upon arriving I was greeted by a sweet lady who checked me in. I was taken back into the room with in minutes. The nurse explained to me the details to get prepared. I didn’t wait very long and the doctor came in. We talked a few minutes about my condition and then the treatment was done right then and there. After the procedure the doctor came around to speak to me face to face and went over post op and even took a few minutes to listen, for me share briefly what had happened in the past 3 months in my life.
