I had a total knee done this passed Thursday with dr Branson. I had already experienced this having one already with another facility. I had a terrible experience at that facility and was fortunate to find Dr Branson. To be honest I doubted some of the things he told me lol. Anyway I want everyone to know there are no equals to dr Branson and his abilities. He is hands down the best knee guy on the continental US. I truly believe that. He controlled the swelling and pain to a degree I thought not possible. His staff checked on me and helped me and did a fine job. They made sure that my pain was well controlled. Took over my case after acting surgeon left practice. I was new but Dr Branson took the time to listen, read my history, take detail notes and get my pain and arm issues addressed. Five stars for each visit component. Adequate parking and easy access for those with ambulation limits. Check in was efficient. Waiting room spacious and clean. Radiology staff was professional and prompt.RN interview was comprehensive and well conducted. Dr. Branson was personable, thorough and clearly knowledgeable. His recommendations were practical and all treatment options were reviewed. Follow up plan was clear.
