I am privileged to work with highly trained staff and cutting-edge technology in a community that considers me a doctor rather than a “provider.” It is an honor to work at the first total joint center in West Virginia to receive national recognition as a Center of Excellence.

It is gratifying to receive pictures of patients riding horses or Harleys with kind words of appreciation for getting back to the things they like to do. The wonderful and personal feedback is a daily reminder that I work in a small community that appreciates my work.
Personal
My wife Cynthia has put up with my long hours, and me for over 34 years. Our children attended public schools and have gone on to careers in medicine and dentistry. We now enjoy our piece of the country with our dogs, garden, and guinea hens.

Very pleased with my results from seeing this doctor.
He has replaced both my knees and a hip haven’t had any problems out of them now I have a torn rotator cuff and getting shots and therapy hopefully avoid surgery for a while love Dr Branson’s care of you and his staff is so helpful would recommend him to anyone that needs knees or hip or any bone problems he will help you thank you Dr Branson
You would be making a mistake to get someone else.
I've been injured since August. I've seen ortho, had PT, injections, xrays, and MRI, showing 2 tears. My ortho referred me to Dr. Branson for surgical repair. Instead he wants to do an injection and PT again, 2 things that failed months ago and I continue to get worse. I felt like he didn't read the referral records, or listen to me. 6 months of extreme pain that I treat with otc tylenol and motrin, but eventually we need a fix. Very disappointing.
Always professional Always invites questions
