She is very caring and understanding and really took my ingrown toenail’s pain into consideration and releaved me of my pain by cutting out what she could of the ingrown toenail’s and said she wasn’t going to torture me anymore and I was doing great job and they will do a procedure for my ingrown toenail’s in office in a couple weeks I thanked her for everything she did and explained to mePatient Submitted Review

Everything went great today. Jill and the nurses answered all my questions. After 7 weeks of recovering from surgery,my X-ray and foot are looking good. Another week or so and I can start therapy and start walking. This lifted my spirits. Soon no more wheel chair. I love everyone in this office.They are all so friendly and dedicated to their patients especially for me and my family. Jill is Dr Hensly’s Nurse Practioner. I met her for the first time today. She looked at my ankle and asked questions BEFORE touching it and applying pressure in places. Jill was able to gently pinpoint problem areas that I had spoken about. We discussed my newest x-rays and she compared them to ones from 2021, pointing out where arthritis was getting worse. Very good, you took the time to go over every possible reason and took x-rays,swabbed the fluids,showed me the results, and ordered meds to take the swelling down. Great job! It worked, I am walking again and the fluid is a lot less, l barely squeezed any out this last time. It’s an arthritis problem I am sure. Jill is an exceptional practitioner. I was impressed by her medical knowledge and terminology. She spoke with quiet confidence and was compassionate and understanding of my difficulty balancing a very busy life with a broken ankle. I would highly recommend Jill for foot and ankle care.
