As a first time visit I did not know what to expect. But when the called me back to check weight and vitals the girl was very polite and up beat. She took blood with no pain. Then the Dr came in and did some exams . He was very helpful in explaining the information I was given. Really made me feel comfortable. A big thank you to everyone that I encountered at my visit . Dr.Makoni was very kind and patient, I ended up having to take my two toddlers with me to my appointment and of course they were doing as toddlers do which was touching and asking questions but Dr.Makoni worked around them to get me situated. He targeted my concerns and came up with a plan.

Outside of spending the first 45 mins filling out paperwork and then having to wait for an additional 15 mins to be called back, my vidit went well:) Knowledgeable and caring staff at every stage throughout my visit:) Dr. Makoni was thorough with his examination of me. This, my very first time at this type of Clinic was for me, a very nervous patient a rather pleasant experience. I absolutely loved the nurse named Monique who made me feel very much at ease while taking down my info, blood and vitals and preparing me to get ready for Doctor Makoni. I could not see much of his face because he was wearing a mask but his mannerism and gentle way of speaking gave me hope and courage to see him again for my next Appointment and hopefully good Test results.

I recently had chemotherapy and was very impressed with the entire team. Everyone was warm and always made me feel comfortable. I did notice that they didn’t wipe down chairs between patients but I brought my own disinfectant wipes and they soon followed suit and in the waiting room they turned every other chair around for safety. Dr Makoni my Oncologist was so caring, warm with good eye contact. He was so on top of things and actually was filling out my disability paperwork as we spoke! I would highly recommend them for the best care possible!!
