I had a really good birthing experience because of Dr. Erlich. I struggled to push during my contractions but she guided me and gave me a lot of positive reinforcement which I really appreciated and needed at that moment. I feel so lucky that I got her as my doctor for my delivery!

Dr. Erlich is a hidden gem. She is the only reason I make the drive from Chicago to the suburbs, and the ONLY reason I chose to deliver my baby with Northwest Community Hospital instead of Northwestern Prentice Women's Hospital in Chicago. I will follow her anywhere she goes. She is compassionate, reasonable, and truly uses her brain to make the best decisions. She presents facts and information along with recommendations to me as a patient but ultimately lets me make decisions for myself and be in control of my own health journey. She is supportive and has always been accessible to patients, even outside of scheduled appointments which never feel rushed. During appointments, she discusses any concerns I might have, takes thorough notes, explains everything before doing it, and is comfortable to talk to, which is so important for women's health. She will call you when she says she will, even if outside of regular business hours and is truly dedicated to helping her patients!Patient Submitted Review

I took my daughter to Dr. Erlich for a procedure. First, I have to say that she is the first gynecologist able to work with her and get her to return. She was phobic about the experience of annual exams. Then, when a procedure was warranted, she was as patient and kind as could be...with my daughter, and with me. Her follow up was complete. Dr. Erlich is, by far, the best doctor I have had over the course of my life. She is brilliant, dedicated, kind, caring, compassionate, and honest. Dr. Erlich is genuinely interested in helping her patients and treats them with kindness and respect. Many doctors are money hungry and proceed with certain procedures or treatments that are unnecessary, but Dr. Erlich is an exception. Due to the personal nature of it, I cannot go into detail--but I will just say that Dr. Erlich is a wonderful human being who is honest and has a loving heart. Dr. Erlich has been my gynecologist for several years, and she also has my mom as a patient. She recently performed an outpatient surgical procedure on me, and she called me that same day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. She is so popular and is somewhat difficult to get in to see, but she was willing to stay late one day for an appointment just to accommodate me. In addition to all the wonderful qualities mentioned previously, Dr. Erlich is also very thorough in her explanations and takes her time to make sure all of your questions are answered. Dr. Erlich is the most wonderful doctor I have ever had. She's thoughtful, caring, and extremely efficient. She is smart, up to date on medical information, and is very compassionate. She successfully helped me with infertility treatment for my second child. Dr Erlich is my regular GYN and is very caring about her patients. While she no longer does OB work, she is a very qualified GYN, is patient when answering questions, and very careful when treating you. I would definitely recommend Dr Erlich.Read more
