I had the best experience with Dr. Grace Reynolds yesterday, out of 5 doctors I saw Dr Reynolds was the only physician that explain my condition with a swollen leg and bakers cyst and she showed me with drawings which she did and she drew the image herself explaining the problem and giving me finally a solution which 5 other physicians could not explain. Dr. Grace Reynolds is a top-of-the-line physician. Her knowledge and expertise but also the loving care she offers her patients are outstanding. I needed to have emergency surgery a couple of months ago at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. Dr. Reynolds preformed shoulder surgery on me and did a wonderful job! She is such a knowledgeable surgeon and has a great bedside manner. Another thing that is very important is she does not keep you waiting. The nurses at the surgery center were even telling me how she is always on time. I am so grateful to her!
