Dr. Grace Reynolds is AMAZING! I am definitely not your average patient—I have a complete C2–S1 spinal fusion and come with my own medical circus lol…and I wasn’t even there for my back! I was there for my KNEE! Dr. Grace never once made me feel like I was too complicated or too much. She listened, she cared, she made me feel safe, and most importantly…she fixed my knee! She is not only an incredible surgeon, she’s an amazing human. Kind, funny, compassionate, and she genuinely cares about her patients. I absolutely adore her and cannot recommend her enough! P.S. We even pinky swear that I’d behave after surgery. If you know me, THAT may be her greatest medical achievement.

I was BLOWN AWAY (in a good way!) by the time Dr. Reynolds spent with me to examine my knee, explain imaging results, and outline the pros and cons of multiple treatment options. She was easy to understand, thorough, and patient in answering questions. Ultimately we decided on a conservative approach (physical therapy), which has had the desired results. This was my first experience with knee injury and I won’t hesitate to go back as needed and to recommend Dr. Reynolds. Kudos, too, to the front and back office staff. Dr. Grace Reynolds is a top-of-the-line physician. Her knowledge and expertise but also the loving care she offers her patients are outstanding. I needed to have emergency surgery a couple of months ago at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. While all physicians and medical staff who saw me that evening were very good, Dr. Grace stood out to me. She went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met.
