I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Heinle during my visit yesterday. He was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I especially appreciated the genuine concern he showed for my discomfort and how carefully he explained my options. It's clear he truly cares about his patients. Dr Heinle is always great with my 94 year old mom with Alzheimer’s. (Among her other issues) He is gentle with her and very understanding. She has been having wrist issues and Dr Heinle explained how to put less stress on her wrist and use a splint. He also very gently gave her a cortisone shot in her wrist, which should save a lot of trips to urgent care.rater8 Verified Patient

Colin delivered excellence after my wife had a motorcycle accident (he literally rebuilt her) and he then delivered excellence with my nagging hip injury many months later… What a rock star! It was my first visit with Dr. Heinle. I explained my pain and discomfort I was having. He took some X-rays and within minutes he was treating me. He explained what was going on and was so kind and patient as I asked many questions. I was very impressed with his compassion and sincerity during my visit! I’ve seen this doctor in the past as well as a couple of days ago. He is an outstanding doctor. He is genuine and is never in a hurry to jump into surgeries. He always gives you options which I love along with him listening to what the patient says. He is right to the point and doesn’t sugar coat what he tells you if you need injections. Brought our 12 year old for a check on his ankle that was injured approx 8 months ago, Dr. Heinle was thorough and completed x rays immediately and had him scheduled for an MRI! I’m used to waiting days, weeks, even months for some of these tests in the past so to have everything scheduled so seamlessly was wonderful! Dr. Heinle exceeded my expectations. I twisted my ankle overseas when I accidentally slipped on a Veuve bottle and his practice got me in right away when I got back into town. Had a 8:20am appointment for knee pain. Doctor told me it was arthritis and we decided to administer an injection and take muscle relaxers for a week. I was checked in, saw the Doc, and was out of there by 8:25am. Today I have barely any knee pain at all. The office is very professional but everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. Finally, a real concerned and adept doctor. The experience was overwhelmingly top-notch, educational, and proper. He carefully examined and asked many questions to make sure what the issue(s) were. That was different. He explained what the possible problems are with the condition I was having as he carefully considered my answers to his questions and a care plan emerged.
