Front desk office staff is very helpful and very friendly which is a pleasant surprise these days. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Akter was extremely kind, knowledgeable and took her time with me listening to my concerns and addressing each of them along with very good questions and advice. I’m so grateful to have found this place and Dr. Akter. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Dr. Akter is amazing! She listened so well and followed up with a thorough explanation of her diagnosis so I could understand what’s going on with my heart. After that , she explained tests she wanted to run and WHY these tests help give a thorough picture for a solid diagnosis. I’m so happy to have found Dr. Akter. Dr. Akter is very friendly and thorough with her exam. She goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. She walked us over to the other side of the building to where we had to get another test when most others send you off with a bunch of rights and lefts. I arrived early in the Jupiter, FL, office, for my first visit with Dr. Akter. I thought her staff: Crystal, Jasmine, and Keira, were as friendly, efficient and welcoming as I have encountered. I always check doctors' waiting rooms, office areas and exam rooms for comfort and cleanliness. I recall thinking this was one on the best practices I had been to. I am not always an easy patient to manage. On reflection, I was secretly pleased that she was cordial and patient while explaining the pathologies at a level I would comprehend, she was also insistent that I listen more carefully as she carefully outlined my treatment options.
