I was having an issue with my hearing aid, turned out to be heavy wax in my ear. She was able to get one of the ENT docs to look at it. He cleared the wax out, she rechecked my aids and I was on my way. She is wonderful, very conscientious.Patient Submitted Review

Shirin make me feel very comfortable as I was anxious about getting new hearing aids. She was very professional in her knowledge,, and her good Office approach to making me feel comfortable about this situation and very knowledgeable of her.Phonak hearing aid product I will try these for a couple of days and then meet with her again to finalize the project. She has offered complete support and aid to me at any time. I would recommend her as a doctor of audiology in their professionalism that she brings and offers to potential customers.
