Dr. Palumbo is AMAZING. Super caring and personable.He is extremely thorough in his assessments, and in diagnosing and treating. Our son is a high level athlete, who had an ACL injury. So thankful for Dr. Palumbo's excellent care. I would highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Polumbo speaks plainly, answers questions and if he's not sure about something, he says so. for example he asked me to send a picture of the bottle of a supplement I'm staking so he could provide more information.

Dr.Palumbo got my son in very quickly, spent a lot of time with us in the appointment, and left us feeling confident that we finally had a diagnosis and treatment plan for our high school senior volleyball player after over two months of tests and appointments with other doctors. I cannot adequately describe the relief and gratitude on this mom's heart.

If you want the best orthopedic physician treating you, go see Dr. Palumbo. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, and listens to your concerns. He will develop a plan of care to get you back to where you want to be. He also is very personable and down to earth! Dr. Palumbo went above and beyond in explaining everything. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. . He makes his patients feel very comfortable. My family and I have been with him for over 18 years to treat our orthopedic injuries and I would not think of going to anyone else. I saw Dr. Palumbo yesterday for the first time since 2006, when he performed an arthroscopic procedure on my L knee, trimming menisci and removing a plica. He greeted me like an old friend and treated me with respect. Communication was excellent. Thoroughness of exam was great. I did not feel rushed. He instilled confidence that my current concerns with pain in both knees can be managed non-surgically for a long time with injections (cortisone and lubricants). Although there's "a little" arthritis present, he assured me that I am a long way away from needing knee replacement. This is really reassuring to someone who is a passionate telemark skier. He injected both knees with cortisone yesterday and I already felt quite a bit of relief by last night. I have immediately been able to increase my level of activity with much less pain. Until yesterday, I wondered whether I would be able to enjoy next ski season. I'm so happy that Dr. Palumbo expects I'll do fine.rater8 Verified Patient

The doctor you dream of having. Genuinely cares about your health and well being. I have seen doctors in my time. And every time it was literally in and out.Take this and see you in a few weeks. He talks with you, he has concerns of what your going through and wants you to get better. He wants you to feel better. He cares about you as a person and what you want to do with your life and your family and you don't find that often ,believe me I have looked. If you are so lucky to have him be part of your life when you need healing and to get where you need to be in your life. He will help you. Best in class. I needed pretty significant work on my ankle: arthroscopy for loose bodies, plus open-incision work to repair torn ligaments and a damaged tendon. The entire experience has been flawless, from pre-op diagnosis to the surgery to post-op. That kind of surgery isn't pleasant, but my recovery has been a close to textbook as you can get. My physical therapist (not affiliated with Palumbo) said it's one of the best ankle repairs he has ever seen. I recommend without reservation.Patient Submitted Review
