I was referred to Dr Muldoon by my insurance plans orthopedic doctor, who said I needed a better qualified person to deal with the continuing lost of motion in my knee following a "replacement" surgery. He made no grandiose promises at the beginning but performed a "revision" surgery and I am ecstatic with the results. With dedicated work on my part, I'm now able to benefit from Dr Muldoon's in site and expertise. I have gone from about 50° range of motion to now about 115° and ride a upright bicycle at the gym. He and his staff are absolutely exceptional, thorough and very pleasant to work with. Totally awesome 👍.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Muldoon and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. He was super attentive and thorough explaining everything that’s going on with my hip and didn’t just jump to scheduling surgery without a true consultation. I needed the best hip surgeon, and that’s exactly what I found. In my opinion, Dr. Muldoon is the best of the best and his PA (Ron McNutt) is also dynamite! I’m that patient that always has a weird reaction or something no one has seen before. My hip replacements were no exception. Dr. Muldoon and Ron didn’t stop until they got to the bottom of it. They are both extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I never felt like a name on a chart. I was never rushed through. They always had time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail. I had hip replacement surgery. I couldn't walk correctly before the surgery, had to use a cane. After the surgery had very little pain , rehabbed myself at home. While I was waiting to go into the operating room one of the male nurses ask me who was doing my surgery when I told him he said that Muldoon was the best and could do these surgeries practically in his sleep. For the pre-operation period through my recovery Dr. Muldoon and staff were always available, answered any questions I had, and made sure that I was well taken care of. For the procedure itself, Dr. Muldoon is a miracle worker - if I had know how easy they were going to make the whole process and how smooth my recovery would have been I would have had the operation 5 years ago. Now one year out I have no limitations and no pain whatsoever in my hip. Dr. Muldoon has a procedure that took care of the tendonitis I was experiencing in my psoas tendon. The procedure immediately eliminated the pain I was having and with time has strengthened to where it has almost returned to normal. Dr. Muldoon, Kelly his PA and all of his staff are top notch professionals. I had both knees replaced, the right one on 26 April 2016 and the left one on 26 July 2016. There were no problems encountered. Sharp Hospital and their staff were also superb. All I can say now is I went to the driving range. I didn't hit the ball any further and I didn't hit the ball any straighter, but there was no PAIN when I hit the ball. Dr Muldoon took on my complicated case which was an infected leg after a total knee replacement, and allergic to both the componet and the bone cement. My first doctor dropped me like a hot potato, but Dr Muldoon took on the case, had a custom implant made. Always gave me any amount of time needed and always erred on the side of caution. There are doctors and then there is Dr. Muldoon, great bedside manners, always time for your questions, and truly has your health in his best intrust.
