Words can not express how impressed I was with Dr. Nieman this morning!! I had myself psyched out of the gel injection that I had my appointment for this morning. The past times I’ve had them done it had hurt enough to make me want to change my mind the night before. However I made the appointment so I was keeping it, in hopes we could find something else that would help. The best option was the gel injections. So with his amazing bed side manner and I mean that he had my mind taken off the pain and did the injections and I promise you I felt nothing!!! I sure hope he doesn’t decide to retire any time soon!

Dr. Jim Nieman performed surgery on my double tibea plateau fracture 7 years ago. I moved to North Carolina a year later and just had it checked out by the best orthopedic surgeon here and he said my knee surgery was done by an artist and one of the best he has ever seen. Dr Nieman was very thorough in his examination, asking a variety of questions that I feel directed us to the root cause of my pain. The diagnostic Xrays showed he was spot on his diagnosis. The cause of the pain is totally different than what I had suspected. I have had multiple procedures completed by Dr Neiman and have always had a positive outcome.
