Dr Houser was very kind and explained what she was doing and had a great smile I think the person who got me seated in the exam room was MERGA AND SHE WAS TERRIFIC AND TALKED CALMLY TO ME AND GLAD I HAD A SWEATER ON CAUASE THAT ROOM WAS THE COLDEST ABD WE LAUGHED AND WAS KIND PUTTING DROPS IN MY EYES. ALL STAFF WAS VERY NICE ABD I WILL GO HERE TO GET MY NEW GLASSES ‼️

First and foremost, I would like to thank the weekend scheduler for getting me an appointment immediately. With the issues that I have going on that was a godsend. My appointment was very thorough with Dr. Houser, and I felt as though she truly cared to hear my issues as well as conquer my issues. I look forward to future appointments with her, as I am very pleased with how I was cared for in the office.

This was the fastest and best eye exam. No waiting—in and out with all tests and questions answered. Dr Houser and staff (from Emily the new girl to Murph pleasant and jovial)were very informative and answered all my questions. More importantly, Dr Houser listened and addressed my concerns. First appointment and staff made us feel like they knew us for years. Dr Houser was super nice and explained everything to my elder fiancé so he could understand. I have been seeing Dr. Houser for several years and my visits with her are always a very positive experience! She's an excellent doctor who is very thorough and professional. She and her staff are so nice, and she has a real passion for helping her patient's to achieve their best vision possible. That being said, I was disappointed that they had dropped my insurance for eye exams and glasses/contacts. Thankfully, Dr. Houser does still accept my insurance for any medical related eye problems, but I would have liked to have had the coverage for these other services as they can add up. Because I like this office so much and their eye exam prices are very reasonable, I will continue going here and just get my glasses/contacts somewhere that accepts my insurance.rater8 Verified Patient

We absolutely love her!!! My daughter is albino and has super delicate eyes, low vision, and nystagmus. When we relocated from Florida it was a long process to find a good opthalmologist that could properly care for her and Dr. Houser is incredible! There are not enough words of praise to accurately describe my cataract removal experience with Dr. Houser and her entire staff and associates. Everyone was warm, friendly, caring and considerate. They combined a delightful light sense of humor with a personal touch that made me feel relaxed, comfortable and cared about as a â??personâ??. Dr. Houser, herself is down to earth, compassionate and caring in addition to being masterful and skilled in her profession. In fact, as a patient, you can definitely tell that she loves what she does and is tuned-in to the benefits that her care and expertise provide for her patients. To say that I am pleased with the results of my cataract surgery would be an understatement! My vision has improved so dramatically that I no longer have to wear glasses. I was very nervous because this was my first cataract surgery. Dr. Houser and her staff were great at keeping me relaxed, calm and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend them and when I am ready they will be doing my 2nd eye surgery. . Thank you for doing all that you do.
